Komilfo Rubber Base Coat HEMA/TPO free is a rubber base coat that gives gel polish up to 21 days of wear without chips. The 100 ml volume is intended for refilling working bottles and is the lowest cost per manicure in the range. It is supplied in a jar and is worked with a separate brush.

How to apply Komilfo Rubber Base Coat HEMA/TPO free

Start with standard nail preparation: take off the previous coating, treat the cuticle, lightly buff the nail plate and file the shape. Then disinfect and degrease the nail.
For clients with problem nails, use Komilfo Ultrabond — an acid-free bonder — before the base.
Use the rubber base as a thin classic coat, or place a drop in the centre and let it self-level to form the apex. Cure — 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp.
Optionally remove the dispersion layer before applying colour for stronger adhesion.
Apply your chosen gel polish in two thin coats, curing each one: 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp.
Seal with Komilfo top coat — 90 seconds LED or maximum UV time — and finish with cuticle oil.
