How to use

1. Prep: buff with 180 grit, cleanse with fresher, apply dehydrator and Ultrabond/primer to the tip; apply a thin Hold Base or Smart Rubber Base, cure 60 s and remove the sticky layer.

3. Apply Cute Glitter alone or in a design; cure 60 s (48W LED).
4. Seal with top coat.
