F.O.X Top Bloom is a finishing coat with a decorative "confetti" effect — tiny turquoise, pink, lilac and white hexagons suspended in the formula.

The consistent, medium texture won't run when applied to the nail bed. It's tack-free and contains no UV filters.

It's a great match for dark, contrasting gel polish shades. The colored confetti stays evenly suspended, never clumps, and won't separate from the base.
